What day of the week are sessions held?

Only Saturdays, March 1st - 22nd. A 4-Week Program.

If my child is signed up for Saturday sessions and misses it, can they attend the Sunday session (or visa versa)?

Unfortunately this is not possible. Children may only attend the session days they have signed up for.

What time do I drop off and pick up my child?

Morning Drop Off is 9:50 AM exactly. Afternoon Drop Off is 12:20PM exactly. Please do not send your child prior to this time.

Pick up is at 12:00 PM and 2:30PM respectively.

What time is lunch?

No lunch, light snacks provided.

Are there any discounts for siblings?

Yes, if you have more than 3 children a $20 discount is given to each additional sibling enrolled in the program. Please email salam@jannahcircle.com for coupon code or refund.

When are full fees due?

Full fees are due at the time of registration.

Do I need to pay all fees at once or is there an option for monthly payments?

Full payment is required at the time of registration. There is no monthly payment plan.

How can I become a volunteer to help in the classroom? Will I receive a discount on my child’s tuition if I volunteer?

Yes we would love your presence. Please sign up to be a volunteer teaching assistant.

Can parents stay in the kid’s classroom during their class?

Only ages 2-3 are required to stay with their child.

If I need to withdraw my child, can I get a refund on the fees I paid upfront?
  • Cancel before 1st class: Full refund
  • Cancel after 1st class: 50% refund
  • Cancel after 2nd class: No refund
Do you offer financial assistance?

Does my child need to be potty trained for Ages 2-3?

We accept children who are not potty trained but ask parents to send all supplies (diapers, extra clothes, wipes, etc) .

What is the class size to teacher ratio?

We anticipate 20 kids in a class.
