40-50 minute high-energy HIIT sessions with formats like cardio HIIT, Tabata, and kickboxing, boosting endurance, strength, and daily energy.
Class Experience
Expect HIIT classes to be high-energy, fast-paced, and highly engaging, suitable for participants of all fitness levels. These sessions are designed to enhance endurance, stamina, and strength, leading to noticeable improvements in your daily energy levels. By participating, you will experience increased vitality, enabling you to engage more actively with your children and complete tasks that previously felt challenging due to lack of energy.
Learning Goals
Each class will last approximately 40 to 50 minutes (depending on which format we are doing on the given day) and will feature a variety of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) formats, including cardio HIIT, full-body HIIT, Tabata, cardio kickboxing.

About Instructor
Madiha Khan is a certified personal trainer, group instructor, and fitness nutritionist based in Bolingbrook. With over six years of experience in the fitness industry, she has been teaching fitness classes for more than three years and has been training clients privately for just over a year. Before transitioning into personal training, Madiha worked exclusively as a fitness nutritionist.
Madiha has a passion for reading, enjoys nature walks, and loves thrifting. She is also a DIY enthusiast with a strong interest in woodworking. Her adventurous spirit has led her to take on thrilling activities like sky coasting from 400 feet, skydiving, parasailing, ziplining, and more.
Madiha's journey into the fitness profession was inspired by the noticeable lack of female personal trainers and instructors. She observed many women struggling to begin their fitness journeys, often unsure of where or how to start. Madiha's goal is to empower and motivate as many women as possible to achieve their desired physical fitness and overall health. Whether in group settings or one-on-one sessions, she is committed to providing guidance and support to each of her clients.
