Class Experience
Ms Shazia’s first few classes are primarily focussed on breathing, form and posture. She will then incorporate weights and do different types of upper and lower body routines to improve overall fitness, build strength and burn fat.
Learning Goals
The goals of Ms. Shazia’s pilates classes are to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance and coordination for a full body transformation.

About Instructor
Shazia Beg Siddiqi grew up in India and attended a well-rounded boarding school in the Himalayas. Although she was an enthusiastic gymnast during her school years, she struggled with flexibility and mindfulness. It was through learning Yoga that her life truly transformed.
As a mother of five, Shazia has been practicing Yoga and Pilates for the past 25 years, finding it to be the only sustainable practice for both body and mind. A few years ago, she earned her Pilates teacher certification and has been teaching YoPilates for the past six years. As an instructor, Shazia is highly attentive to the well-being of her students, with a strong focus on injury prevention.
Shazia Beg Siddiqi is deeply driven by issues related to women’s health and is particularly committed to serving Muslim women, who often lack venues to focus on fitness and self-care. She is extremely grateful to Jannah Circle for creating a space that caters specifically to these needs.
Shazia’s classes are designed to build flexibility, strength, balance, and mindfulness. For students who wish to lose weight, she provides guidance on setting up a sustainable way to eat and stay healthy. Her classes are carefully tailored for Muslim women, ensuring that no language or postures involving shirk are used. Additionally, Shazia promotes harmony and modesty in her classes, creating an inclusive and respectful environment for all participants.
