Tales from the Quran
Children will learn about the 25 prophets in the Quran through stories, crafts, and activities using Migo & Ali and Stories of the Prophets.
Overview
Through engaging storytelling and age-appropriate activities, children will learn about the 25 prophets mentioned in the Quran, with reference to Stories of the Prophets by Al Imam Ibn Kathir. Each week, we will focus on one specific prophet, listen to a story about them, and complete a fun, hands-on craft. The book Migo & Ali: Love For The Prophets will be primarily used for storytelling, helping your child develop a love for the prophets through interactive and enjoyable activities.
Learning Goals
- Understand why Allah SWT created the Prophets for us.
- Understand each prophet's unique story.
- Identify the special qualities that Allah SWT gave each prophet and what we can learn from them.

About Instructor
Sana Haider was born and raised in Chicago and brings 8 years of teaching experience in public schools to the Jannah Circle family. Throughout her career, she has taught 3rd grade, 1st grade, and spent the majority of her time nurturing young minds in kindergarten.
Sana earned her degree in Elementary Education and an ESL endorsement from Benedictine University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Reading & Literacy from Lewis University. Sana is dedicated to ensuring that children enjoy their learning experiences through hands-on exploration and play, fostering a love of learning in every student she teaches.
